Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the information connected to your My Account login at any time, including any data received through Google or Facebook sign-in.

Delete it yourself

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete my online account and confirm.

This removes your My Account login, your email address, password, linked Google/Facebook ID, linked account numbers, sessions and My Account preferences right away.

Call (903) 675-4316, use our contact form, or visit us at 106 E. Corsicana St., Athens, TX 75751. Tell us the email address you used for My Account and we will delete your My Account login and confirm when it is done.

Removing app access

If you signed in with Google or Facebook you can also remove Lakeshore Utility from the apps connected to your Google or Facebook account in that service's settings.

Deleting your My Account login does not close your water service. Billing and payment records for your service account are kept as required for utility operations and by law.
